A discussion was held with the newly reformed institutions
The Public Service Human Resources Development Office in Lemi Kura sub-city is one of the newly reformed institutions, after the reform, effective work has been done in the preparation phase. He stated that he held a discussion regarding this and other procedures.
In the process and organization of the discussion, as well as in the operational phase, a wide discussion was held on the activities of modernizing service delivery, implementing advanced technology options, creating a comfortable working environment for professionals, supplementing resources and human resources, increasing customer satisfaction, and other activities included in the reform.
As a result, it was stated that the work of the reform task was successful at the initial level, and it was stated that it is appropriate to increase the satisfaction of the user community.
The forum was chaired by Dr. Tulu, deputy head of Addis Ababa City Administration Innovation and Technology Development Office and member of the supporting committee of Ylemmi Kura sub-city, and Ato Dabalsa Tesfa, head of public service and human resource development office of Ylemmi Kura sub-city.
